| Alternative rules to spice up the games on PC ? Posted: 10 Aug 2021 06:00 AM PDT Hello everyone, Some friends and I want to play the whole saga again but the difficulty was the major downside we had when we tried a few years ago. We all are super L33T G4M3RS with quite an extensive experience in FPS, and the game was feeling too "easy" on the first run, which got us quite bored (and that's why we gave up). We love the universe and really want to play the games on PC, so I thought I would ask the sub for advices to spice up the experience and have a more challenging adventure : we thought about some kind of strat roulette to have aditional rules (only one brand of gun allowed, only use one legendary weapon at the time, etc..) but we struggle to be really creative and find rules that won't break the whole "Borderlands Experience". Would love to hear some of your ideas to make the Borderlands saga more challenging while playing 4p coop ! [link] [comments] |

| Is Borderlands 2 worth it in 2021? Posted: 10 Aug 2021 06:25 PM PDT Hi there, my current setup is 1660ti+R51600, 1440p@144hz monitor (upgraded from 1080p 2 days ago). I was thinking of upgrading to 3070 but the prices are unreasonably high, so I figured I'd wait it out. Meanwhile, I could play games that give good fps (~70+), but my choices in latest games are limited since I cannot get high fps at ultra settings. So I started looking at older games, so far I've only shortlisted Max Payne 3 (played it before and it's awesome). So I was wondering if I can give Borderlands 2 a try, since it's highly rated. I've never played Borderlands game before, is it fun playing even today? Thanks for reading it through and feel free to recommend more fast paced action games [link] [comments] |

| Has anyone ever had the phoenix not respawn? Posted: 10 Aug 2021 07:05 PM PDT I've been farming it and the last 8 times I've killed it, it just popped before reviving. I'm using a cryo weapon, not sure if that matters? I guess I won't complain, but just curious if anyone else has ever had this happen Edit: I figured out what it is, it's if I aim down sights and establish dominance over the phoenix as Fl4k when it hits 0 HP it just dies instead of reviving. Edit2: I've had phoenix unique legendaries drop, still no Deathless, but I've gotten the other 2. This seems like a much better way to farm Phoenix if you're using Fl4k. [link] [comments] |

Posted: 10 Aug 2021 11:32 AM PDT So I was playing the Guardian Takedown and several times I have fallen off due to stupid stuff happening. Whether that be mistiming jumps, jumping off by accident (because I play Zane), and the thing that made me write this post was an enemy knocking me off during FFYL. So, I had an idea. They could either pull a DOOM Eternal and put you back up with a small damage penalty, or they could put you in FFYL and put you back up around where you fell off. I personally think that these would be great ideas, but I might not be thinking it through all the way. What do you guys think? [link] [comments] |
| The final jump pad for the Guardian TD didn't turn on Posted: 10 Aug 2021 11:15 AM PDT I heard the parkour nonsense was fixed in the GTD so I tried running it to check out the difference. I got to just before the end and the jump pad to scourge didn't turn on. I ran around the small platform looking for an alternative, and when I thought I found one I was very wrong and fell in the void. What is the end platform/jump pad supposed to be like now? | SNTNL Drone Delivery Skill Help Posted: 10 Aug 2021 05:50 AM PDT I recently got BL3 and I'm playing as Zane. I use the SNTNL a lot but the grenades that it drops hurt me quite a bit so I was wondering if there is something I can do to minimize damage taken by me while still dealing as much to enemies as possible. Maybe a specific kind of grenade or skill I can take? RN, I'm just trying to keep my distance and use snipers but I don't want to have to worry that much. Thanks in advance! [link] [comments] |

| Posted: 09 Aug 2021 11:52 PM PDT Hey all! So not known to me apparently if you leave during the quick and the quickerer side mission in Vestige it glitches when you have to follow Slim? So I'm curious, does trophy progression count towards both normal and tvhm? If this stays glitched it will be the only side mission I would need to 100% the dlc, and if that's the case I would want to do it in tvhm, I just want to make sure trophy progression tracks both combined.
