| Posted: 22 Jan 2020 05:17 AM PST So, now that we're almost six months in with Borderlands 3, has anyone managed to figure out what "Substantially increases luck" means exactly? I've been trying to find a definitive answer ever since I found my first one, and I still have yet to find an explanation for how the relic actually works. Don't get me wrong, there are loads of posts, both on this sub and forums like it, detailing people's experiences/experiments with the relic to try and determine how it affects drop rates (quality v. quantity) or whether the relic is even worth using, but it just seems crazy to me that after almost half year, no one seems to have any idea what the Loaded Dice's actual stats are and how it affects luck/drops specifically. If someone has any insight to the actual mechanics behind it, please do share with the class. [link] [comments] |

| Rakk Pack class mod survivors therapy meetings Posted: 22 Jan 2020 12:30 PM PST I must of killed that damn "tink of cunning" on mayhem four 100 times and still no drop, i counted 10 anointed enemies in one run, anyone else loosing the will to live trying to farm this mod as FL4K... Its the most un fun thing i've ever farmed in a borderlands game (and i farmed for an OP8 Cobra in BL2) Tell me when you guys got it so i feel better about doing more runs of that torture 😂 [link] [comments] |
| Returning Player; Some Questions Posted: 22 Jan 2020 04:10 PM PST Haven't played since Bloody Harvest as I got a bit tired if the grind and wanted to move on to some new games, but after the launch of the new DLC's I thought I'd return. I have some questions however I'm wondering if anyone here can answer. Best weapons currently? (I'm still running Butcher, Rowans, Lyuda, etc.) Best places to farm? (The Takedown worth it, or should I go for the hew DLC right away?) Maliwan Takedown able to do solo? (Don't have a load of friends playing currently, could always lfg or matchmake I suppose.) Are Amara and Moze still the strongest? (I used Zane and Flak mostly previously, will have to level up my Amara and Moze if so.) I have recently made a dedicated Iron Bear build for Moze and and Gamma Burst FL4K build focusing on the pet. Both of these build excel on no Mayhem, Mayhem 1 and 2. They are ok but starts to struggle on mayhem mod 3 but can get by. But Mayhem mode 4 they can't do anything. My iron bear build focus on iron bear damage, health and fuel usage with cool down. The Gamma Burst build focuses on boosting the pet and FL4K damage, health and Rad Damage. Using Gamma burst increase to rad damage. I have other builds, Rakk Pak FL4K, Phazerker Amara, endless Mags Moze and Electric Bajno Zane. All work and excel in Mayhem mode 4. So I thought I would try some new builds, but am just running into a wal once the story is finished and can increase mayhem. Thanks for your thoughts. [link] [comments] |

| Posted: 22 Jan 2020 06:36 AM PST Since the handsome jackpot dlc launched and we finally got to run (or slide) around the casino, I started wondering just how many times we see jack's face in there. Thinking of the intro alone he said you won't be able to look in any direction without seeing his face and damn he wasn't lying. I was doing a second playthrough last night and in the final boss room I counted about 20 handsome jack faces and that was just the banners and statues alone. I don't know if it's been posted before but I'm hella curious I can't lie. Would be interesting if gearbox released a number for shits and gigs. [link] [comments] |
