It feels clunky, and unfortunately a lot of Moze's anointments require you to end your action skill or have Auto Bear deployed. It would be nice to just Titanfall the Bear in and let it fight beside you instead of it interrupting your DPS so hard. Edit: fucked up the title but you get the point. [link] [comments] |

I have a melee build with amara and bayonets just don't "cut" it. I need something that hits a little harder, swings a little faster and cleaves ava-erm' um.. bandit scum. Give them an ammo count so they won't be too overpowered. Stats: •Reach •Damage •swing speed •move speed Bonus: •lunge or •wave throw or •sticky bombs Slam bonus: •slam nova •slam singularity •slam AoE It's borderlands go nuts. What are the WORST Legendaries you've found? Posted: 12 Oct 2019 12:35 PM PDT Everyone loves talking about their +250% phasecast Lydua they found. But what about the opposite side of the coin? The legendaries that are so bad, they don't even deserve the color? I'll start. Runner Up: The Magnificent is the literal opposite of its name. Sure, it has a big mag, but at level 50 it's doing less than half the damage of other weapons! Not only that, its huge mag size and fire rate mean I can easily use up my entire ammo stockpile in less than a single fight! I even tried it on Moze and it still sucked. Grand Prize: The Lob. This gun is so bad, they buffed it by 60% and it STILL sucks worse than most white guns. It features a slow fire rate, projectiles too slow to even get near to enemies, and even if you manage to accomplish that, damage so bad you can barely even tell it exists! In comparison to other single-shot shotguns it has awful elemental effect damage, as well, so not even THAT is viable. It is, without a doubt in my mind, the worst gun in the game. Adjust Amara's Deep Well to Work with COV Guns! Posted: 12 Oct 2019 03:04 PM PDT EDIT: Little changes like this would also work for Zane's Praemunitus (and definitely needs to be looked at for Duct Tape Mod which goes by 'first shot' which does not work for COV at all unless you intentionally break your guns which defeats the purpose). I really love COV, both for their mechanics and aesthetics and - while most pointedly I hope they get buffs in the legendary adjustment patches, and a fair amount of new weapons in the DLC content considering there's like fucking none??? - I'm kind of sad that the only real COV-based build is the recent radiation FL4K that uses the Pestilence + rad immunity from Red Shield. So! I was thinking that Amara's Deep Well skill - which increases the magazine of all elemental weapons by 20% - should increase the shots to break for COV weapons by a proportional amount the same way Moze's Click Click increases COV damage with heat instead of magazine emptying! That way there's at least a little more incentivization to use COV weapons over literally anything else. [link] [comments] |

Also, on the Family Jewel story mission at the point where you "hotwire" the door it breaks the scripted revive and you down twice, but there are no enemies around to revive yourself the second time. I want it to be where if I am about to run out of FFYL time I can trigger it myself, but I don't want to always have it go off immediately when I get downed. [link] [comments] |
Random "glitch" - lvl one items Posted: 12 Oct 2019 08:07 PM PDT So if you're farming bosses and your friend joins right before you kill the boss, in time to get the loot, but not fully log into the game, the boss drops them lvl 1 items. Found this out completely by accident and got a lvl 1 infinity out of it. I saw that lvl 1 infinity is desired by people for the money trick, so I figured I'd share this happy accident [link] [comments] |

Posted: 12 Oct 2019 02:15 PM PDT He said one of the biggest goals for a Borderlands game is to be able to find a lot of cool builds and synergies. But he also created mayhem mode and said mayhem mode is made to get the player to change up their gear. So do you want us to only change our gear when the modifiers tell us too or something? It seems pretty hypocritical cuz I agree with the first statement but mayhem mode completely can completely destroy any cool gimicky build or synergy you make. It forces players to make everything builds that can accomadate any modifier rather than be creative. And if you do want to use any creative build you have to save quit until you get modifiers that don't destroy your build which seems like it's not the intended way to play mayhem mode. Posted: 12 Oct 2019 05:49 PM PDT Let's be real, in the middle of a firefight, you're not gonna be frantically spamming a button instead of shooting while the enemy just shoots the shit out of you just for a bit of shield. This is why I think the shield pickups need to be changed in two ways to balance it out.
Im not sure if this should apply for shields that give those shield pick ups as well as health boosts, pickups, etc. [link] [comments] |
[SPOILER] Confusion about the number of sirens Posted: 12 Oct 2019 09:11 AM PDT So since handsome Jack's line in bl2 we knew that there can only be 6 sirens in the universe at the same time. Now in Bl3 nyriad mentioned a 7th, potentially very powerful and evil siren. But as it turns out, Nyriads sirenpower was kept in the vault on nekrotefayo for a very long time (centuries? Even longer?) and only found a new host in tyreen 2-3 decades ago. Since she wasnt very known (if at all) at the time of bl2 could that possible reveal that 7th siren was out there all this time?
