I just mean to make it easier to know when I'm critting because I feel that the red "CRITICAL" isn't actually as helpful as it should be when enemies or bosses are having eight trillion rounds stuffed in their face. This would help that issue as well as help the people who'd like to more easily know exactly how much damage they're dealing. [link] [comments] |

Allowing you to gun down groups of enemies up close or pick them off from a distance. Add in the elements and I feel unstoppable. Definitely have become my favorite manufacturer. [PSA] How to deal with these Prismatic Badass Rakks Posted: 06 Dec 2019 04:08 AM PST Well, they can be found in the cistern of slaughter (where i encountered them). They are a p in the a but I think there is an easy way to counter their immunity to your damage. Once you see them, shoot them with an element you dont want to use ie shock, they get immune to that element and voila, you can use fire again...or you dont kill them and have the transformer shield. Then you can use them to heal yourself. [link] [comments] |

Not an expert on all gear or skills so any comment is appreciated. Class Mod Name: Cold Blooded Killer Red Text: Ice, Ice, Baby Special Effect: Whenever Zane Scores a critical hit there is a 25 % chance the enemy will be instantly frozen. Skills: Brain Freeze, Calm Cool Collected, Refreshment. Class Mod Name: License to Kill Red Text: My name is Flint, Zane Flint Special Effect: Whenever Zane Scores a Critical Hit there is a 10% chance for all of Zane's Kill Skills to activate. Skills: Salvation, Playing Dirty, Violent Momentum Class Mod Name: Zane's Best Friend Red Text: Who's a good Drone? Special Effect: SNTNL's duration is double and cooldown is reduced by 25%. SNTNL's and Zane's Gun Damage is increased by 25% while SNTNL is active. Skills: Drone Delivery, Violent Violence, Violent Speed Class Mod Name: Wall of Death Red Text: Four hundred thousand more to die. Special Effect: Shooting through the Barrier will increase Gun Damage by 75%. Killing an enemy has a 5% chance for the Barriers Cooldown and Duration to immediately reset. But every fucking time we get half way or a little more, the damn game closes out. Is this a known issue? Is it my Ps4 or what? Posted: 06 Dec 2019 05:42 PM PST Hey guys, I don't know what's going on, but for some reason Scourge and some badass enemies are not getting slagged during OP4 and OP5 runs through digistruct peak while using the UCP (I haven't tested further than that). The weirdest thing is that they were getting slagged from OP1 to 3. And is definitely the UCP, I tried restarting the game and nothing, when I don't activate the UCP they do get slagged. I'm ussing version 5.0.2 of the UCP, and BLCMM to filter options. Is there something I could try to activate o deactivate to try to fixing these error? [link] [comments] |
I hate i have to complain about this Posted: 06 Dec 2019 05:17 PM PST The new mayhem 4 class mods. What the hell is going on with them? Why are 2 of them easier to obtain than get through the main game without cutscene skip and 2 of them harder than the main game on mayhem 4 right out the gate. They should either all drop from trials bosses or all drop from bosses outside of the trials. The trials bosses arent even dropping the class mods. I've been farming the antifreeze for a day straight on my zane and all i've been getting is whites anointed (let that sink in now terror anoints are gone) and blues. With an occasional blast master. The farms for FL4K's new rakk pak class mod and Zane's new antifreeze are ludicrously tedious. Please sort something out Gearbox this is beyond infuriating that moze and amara get the easy treatment while our boys Zane and FL4K get stuck in the mud! [link] [comments] |

On all characters, none of the tooltips, text, and graphics map to the correct items. I can click hover over a slot with a Jacobs pistol graphic that shows COV SMG text, and the COV tooltips pops up. When I click on it, it's actually a Hyperion shield. Sorting by different methods doesn't seem to help, either. [link] [comments] |

Posted: 06 Dec 2019 03:07 PM PST After turning volumetric fog to medium, fps to 22-60 smoothed, and directx12 on I saw an average of 15 fps higher. it's now hovering around 60. Big improvement. But now i'm also getting these frequent frame drops in action where it actually freezes to >5fps for just a moment. It doesn't last more than a split second but those jitters are annoying when they happen several times in one fight. Not sure if this is because of recent updates or because of the settings I changed. I'm on Promethea and anytime there's action it gets bad. It only happens in action. Anyone else? Any fixes? How to calculate the cooldown bonus from Amara’s Phasezerker class mod Posted: 06 Dec 2019 11:00 AM PST Amara's legendary phasezerker class mod grants a buff to her action skill cooldown rate based on her current number of Rush stacks. With this class mod equipped, upon activating her action skill she gains full Rush stacks (up to a max of 25 depending on skills and equipment) with each stack granting a 10% bonus to the cooldown rate, but they decay over time. As far as I can tell, the stacks decay at a steady rate of -1 stack/second. Based on this knowledge, I've been trying to come up with an equation to calculate Amara's action skill cooldown duration when this class mod is equipped. The normal way to calculate cooldown duration in Borderlands is: (Base duration) / (1 + cooldown rate bonus) So at 25 Rush stacks (each granting +10% cooldown rate), the duration is: (Base duration) / (1 + 2.5) But because the cooldown rate decreases over time, I'm not sure how to calculate the actual cooldown duration.
