| Posted: 25 Mar 2020 07:36 PM PDT so far from all the leaked stuff i havent seen a new atlas legendary, like i think atlas guns are fun ( if not for the MOST part weak or underpowered/ lacking) but we havent gotten new ones yet, and the ones we have are very simple. they boil down to the same idea and general firestyle. now the question that i have is <.< did they kinda make atlas guns by default lame? or well not rly able to be crazy? i mean the rebell yell is like... bad as far as i have seen. the q system is rly good but its just an AR with good stats carrier is okay lync is still kinda weak, the others i dont even bother with. there are no shotguns, no smgs, nothing rly CRAZY. i would not even know what crazy gun you could makeout of atlas bonis. also they lack elemental damage which kinda sucks <.< a real elemental assault rifle would be dope, not even a alien atlas gun that has these weard projectiles. | New to the entire series here. Posted: 25 Mar 2020 06:46 PM PDT So I was given Borderlands The Handsome Collection today as a gift. I am new to Borderlands almost entirely, having only played an hour or so on my brothers console back when borderlands 1 came out, I want to say he was level 17 and could throw a bird? Anyway, which character is the most fun? Any tips I should know? Also, and this is pretty important, any Day 1 issues will still stand as I do not have internet. | My only concern for Mayhem 2.0 Posted: 25 Mar 2020 07:37 PM PDT i think loot unique to a Mayhem lv. is super fine, rewards you for the challenge (just dont make guns that are 10 times better that non mayhem exclusive), modifier are kinda lame but if you rework them to be more gimmicky and not flat Buff/nerf to guns, elemental damage, resistance, it will be fine, but if you make the loot you get in Mayhem be just "better" in term of stats, it'll be a build killer, think of melee builds, action skill damage buids, passive healt regen will be killed cause life-steal will be just better, it'll be OP levels all over again. I guess compared to Bl2, mahyem is way more rewarding than OP that were just added levels were the drop rate increase wasnt there. So my "fix" is this, if you cant reverse your choice, make it so it is just accuracy, handling, small mag increase, reload speed increase buffs that way hardcore players will have something optimal to grind for but if im a player that just wants additional challenge and better drop-chance i can pump up the mahyem and have it, without farming for loot every time. | Posted: 25 Mar 2020 08:37 PM PDT so what if there was an atlas gun that shoots a tracker and any bullet that hits a tracked target will charge the tracker, adding like .. 2-3% bonus damage per bullet, and then like a torgue sticky, on reload, the thing just blows up and deals massiv damage. OOOR what if, the tracker charges, and bullets deal increased damage to it, after you kill the target, the tracker will fly towards the nearest enemy, stick to it, and that bonus gets increased, and the timer reset. where you can amass a gigantic ammount of damage if you can take the targets out quickly [link] [comments] |

Since ironbear does not scale with gear, he will be great at 57. Then when you start going up the mayhem levels you keep getting stronger but he is left in the dust because he isn't scaling. If they don't let ironbear's damage scale from yours, he is worthless. [link] [comments] |

I have played all the past games so I'm not totally new to the franchise. I am at the very beginning of BL3 so I would like people who are around the same level. | Is there any pattern to which bosses scale to your level (on NVHM) Posted: 25 Mar 2020 07:57 PM PDT I've noticed that some bosses in BL3, like the Demoskaggon or Wick, scale to roughly my current level, which is a great improvement as it means their legendary drops are useful for more than a small portion of the game. But others, like Gigamind and the Rampager, don't appear to scale. Is there a pattern to which bosses do or don't scale to your level? [link] [comments] |
