Gonna start my first playthrough with friends!Which character is best for CO-OP? Posted: 04 May 2020 07:58 PM PDT I only ever played this game by myself, with Maya! Me and my friends decided to play together to have some fun! But I don't know which character is more co-op friendly, I need help!! [link] [comments] |

Does anyone else want them to make an actual, understandable Eridian language? Posted: 04 May 2020 12:32 AM PDT Obviously only when it would make sense to add one lore-wise. I don't mean anything too extensive, and it doesn't need to be super fleshed out or anything, but I think it would be so cool. Like how Bethesda did with the dragon language in Skyrim; it mainly just has the necessary words that a language would need and keeps the same grammar as English, but it still gives the world more depth, and is very learnable. I think Borderlands would be a lot better with something like this, but it's already very good of course. :) [link] [comments] |
Posted: 04 May 2020 09:39 PM PDT So I finally decided to suck it and finish TPS and would like to ask you guys a few questions to help make the process a enjoyable for me. I've noticed that loot drops are none existent when leveling what do I do to fix this? None of the vault hunters look enjoyable. I played Lilith in BL1 Gaige/Salvador in BL2 and Fl4k in 3 which character do you think will suit me the best. What side missions are worth doing? [link] [comments] |
[BL3] Can't play coop via steam Posted: 04 May 2020 08:50 PM PDT Friend and I are still having lag at unplayable levels, but I can't find anything recent about this. I read there was a patch a while back that was supposed to fix this, but after two nights of trying to play together, it's just not possible. Is this still a known issue and the game is only playable as single player? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 04 May 2020 10:30 AM PDT Hey everyone! Im trying to get the platinum at the moment but iv discovered that the location trophies are glitched. Dose any one know if these will get patched at all? I already have a planet with all locations done so i either re do that planet all over again or wait till they patch it....if they do. Cheers! I was trying to avoid making a post about this but I need help with no dlc and Zane building Posted: 04 May 2020 06:44 PM PDT I have nothing specific to work with here. But I can't seem to find any builds that are suited to starting my farm solo with Zane and no DLCs. It's not that I don't want them, I just don't have the money set aside for them yet and I'm having enough fun without them atm. So I'd really like some suggestions on what to put my points into until I can at least get some of the pivot points for the specific builds out there (save for that damn class mod everyone leans on) [link] [comments] |
Question: Good builds for Krieg/Psycho? Posted: 04 May 2020 10:29 PM PDT Just hoping to get some good builds for psycho and explanations of play style for those builds. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 04 May 2020 10:09 PM PDT I would love to see one of the next DLCs be focused on Krieg and what happened to him after the events of BL3. He was my favorite vault hunter is BL2 and having his own DLC would be amazing [link] [comments] |
Posted: 04 May 2020 09:35 PM PDT Has anyone made Swordsplosion as a DnD item? Just curious. [link] [comments] |
Are mission rewards given at current mayhem level Posted: 04 May 2020 09:31 PM PDT For example, could I start a mission at mayhem 2 and progress until near completion, then change to 10 to get a better tier reward? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 04 May 2020 09:21 PM PDT Since the VIP rewards are about to expire, what are the best things to spend points on not including the Lillith DLC weapons? [link] [comments] |

Can gearbox PLEASE raise the sensitivity of movement BL3 Posted: 04 May 2020 08:17 PM PDT I fricking love this game but it's a pain having high sensitivity in COD and many other games, then comeback to borderlands with slow sensitivity, (max is 10) I don't know how the numbers are scaled but please increase it, I believe even borderlands 2 had a high capacity for sensitivity, but not sure why it's capped for 3, and whatever the reason it is if there's one it can't be justified over having that freedom of fast movement To be more specific I am talking about the right analog movement [link] [comments] |
Idea for Borderlands 3 End Game and Mayhem Posted: 04 May 2020 02:01 PM PDT Gearbox has done mayhem levels incorrectly twice now. I wanted to try and point out what is wrong, and then offer a suggestion. Gear getting more powerful as you move up mayhem levels is not fun. Its stupid. Please take a look at what torment levels do in Diablo. The torment levels make enemies harder, but the loot doesn't get STRONGER. This is extremely important. a HUGE part of the fun in a LOOT GAME is that at ANY TIME, a ridiculous piece of gear can drop. Mayhem scaling up gear as it gets higher ruins this. Because no matter how good a drop is on 1-9, it will never be as good as the one that is good on Mayhem 10. <<<--- THIS IS BAD LOOT GAME DESIGN. BUT, somehow, people are able to progress into torment 10,11,12 and on, even though the gear doesn't get "stronger". This is because power comes from combos and synergy. So, here is my suggestion(s) to fix the game, and provide WAY MORE replay-ability:
Now you have a farming system and a money/eridium sink. BOOM. Finally add 3 new skill trees. They can be exactly the same for all 4 characters. These trees cannot use regular level skill points. Every item that drops, now has the chance to drop with an extra stat of: Strength, Agility, Or Tech. The drop can range from 1-10. Each tree corresponds to a stat. When you equip an item with 7 Tech points, then you have 7 tech points to spend in the tech tree. If you un-equip it, you lose those points. You can focus on one stat, to fill out that stat's tree. Or, you can equip some items with tech, some with agility, and a few with strength, to get points for each tree. Each tree can also have the "modifiers" on the sides for when you equip enough gear to access them. These modifiers could be the same for all, or you could make them unique to the character. Now you have an extremely flexible system that allows every player to customize their playstyle. And a deep end game hunt. BOOM. [link] [comments] |
Can anyone spare a few minutes and help me kill these two bosses? (PS4) Posted: 04 May 2020 07:33 PM PDT Long story short, I'm a level 3 that's at the end of the game trying to get a bugged trophy. It'll work this time. Anyway, i just need to kill these two bosses to get it but I'm severely under leveled and stand 0 chance against these bosses. Any help would be greatly appreciated! My gamer tag is: CptKungFu [link] [comments] |
Doing a Roland Playthrough. What skill tree should I spec into Posted: 04 May 2020 07:20 PM PDT So I'm doing a solo Roland Playthrough and I'm wondering what skills to spec into. Can someone help me out? And maybe give me some general advice? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 04 May 2020 03:23 PM PDT So because only guns scale with mayhem, is it better to farm mayhem 4 vs 10 for anything but guns because of the amount of legendaries/it is far easier to kill enemies? Or is mayhem 10 number of legendaries fixed with that hotfix? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 04 May 2020 06:01 AM PDT whenever i pick up a gun it replaces my 1st weapon and when i put it into the inventory my first gun was hidden under it then if i pick up another gun it "adds" another gun to my hotbar and i have to reload anyone know any fixes (i'm on PC) [link] [comments] |
Posted: 04 May 2020 01:24 PM PDT I'm about to start a marathon of the series, as I've only played bits and pieces of each game. I'm just wondering if I should play TPS before BL2 or play them in order of release. I have all of the games and I plan on playing all of the DLC as well, just wondering what order I should play then in. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 04 May 2020 01:13 PM PDT Okay, so Typhon DeLeon was the first vault hunter. We then see the 4 main characters of the first Borderlands game as the first ones to come after him that we know of. So, that being said, were Lilith, Mordecai, Brick, and Roland the second generation of Vault Hunters, or were there ones before them after Typhon? [link] [comments] |
8 Sirens Theory (Contains Character Lore Spoilers found BL3) Posted: 04 May 2020 11:15 AM PDT WARNING: SPOILERS FOR LATER MISSIONS ON BORDERLANDS 3 Also Note: The information I state are based off the information I was able to obtain. If I missed anything or got anything wrong, let me know. Borderlands is an interesting series. The first game introduced shooter looters which was basically a shooter with RPG aspects. You were able to fight bosses, gain XP and get a lot of loot. It also allowed the ability to farm for either better guns or more even XP or both as well as brought their own version of new game + as True Vault Hunter and Ultimately Vault Hunter. Mechanics aside, the story each games told (Borderlands/BL2/BL:PS/TFBL/BL3) were actually really well put. The piece of lore that I wanted to discuss today are the sirens. As stated by Handsome Jack, there could only be 6 sirens in the universe at any given time and all sirens can only be females. It is also known that if one were to die, the powers are given to other people. Each ability is very different but some have similar aspects. Lilith was able to phase, Maya was able to phase lock, Tyreen was able to leach etc. However, I wanted to talk about a piece of lore stated by Nyriad and Typhon in the third game. SPOILER WARNING FOR THE SECOND AND LAST TIME! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED In the vault of Nekrotafeyo, it is discovered that Nyriad was laid to rest in the vault so that no one was able to obtain her abilities of leaching. It is also the place where Typhon and his wife, Leda, had conceived Tyreen and Troy. Because of this, Nyriad's siren powers went to Tyreen but because her and Troy were conjoined twins, Troy also became a siren. He also became the first KNOWN male siren. Following the rules that Handsome Jack laid out for us, as Tyreen and Troy were conceived, there were already 6 sirens in the universe. This means that there were 7 in total around when Nyriad was alive. Jack only knew about 6 because Nyriad fortified herself in the vault so no one can access her powers. There is now 8 because of Troy. At the end of the game, Tyreen had died but so did Troy. She leached her own brother to become even more powerful but during Troy's death scene, it is shown that even though he took Maya's powers it was given back to Ava. After death all powers that have been leached by either Troy or Tyreenare given back to it's original owners unless they have passed. Ava got her powers back but Tyreen absorbed Troy before his powers could pass on. That means, when Tyreen died, she passed her powers o , as well as Troy's. Somewhere in the universe, there is a Siren with leaching abilities as well as, possibly, another male siren! [link] [comments] |
Is there a way to make a Viable Krieg REALLY EARLY ON? Posted: 04 May 2020 11:10 AM PDT Hey guys hope you're all doing well. Just started cooping with a friend and am going Krieg atm. We're in normal mode really early on. So far Krieg doesn't stand out at all, much on the contrary . I've picked only the health skill so far (lvl9), because goddamn the deaths are frequent. I've read a couple tips and watched a couple guides but all of them seem to focus on "late early" game lol like 30 0r 31 when you get the last skills. Is there a way to make this dude viable before that? We're slow non hardcore players with limited time and it would suck to have to grind until 30 something to enjoy the game. My main char is Maya which is a power bomb all the way (still early, lvl 23, but kicking ass all the way from 1 to here). I wanted to try Krieg bc I like his lore/setting. My friend is going AX. Also: is coop meant to be this hard?? Holy shit dudes are strong when 2 players are on lol. Thanks for any help you can provide. Cheers! [link] [comments] |
