| Is Borderlands 3 Worth Getting? Posted: 17 Apr 2021 06:53 AM PDT I like many other people was hyped for BL3 when it was announced, however there were so many games I was looking to get that BL3 ended up getting shafted from my purchases, and I just kinda forgot about it for a while till recently. Remembering it again I've been wanting to get it, however from what I've heard about it, the gameplay is great, but the story is... mixed. As someone who generally prefers story over gameplay (with a few exceptions like S.T.A.L.K.E.R.) this has me a bit worried, I looked up a few videos and it does look fun but I have heard about some of the annoying story and character moments, like that one teen girl which only makes me think of Pickle. Since I don't really have a way to test the game, I'm hoping y'all on the subreddit can confirm if this game is worth getting as someone who prioritizes story over gameplay. [link] [comments] |
| Porta Prison sidequest stuck in a loop, restarts after I complete it Posted: 17 Apr 2021 11:06 AM PDT I'm playing Borderlands 3 for the first time & I've made it to Promethea. Clearing through it I got to Lectra City & found the Porta Prison sidequest. I can play through & complete fine but then a frustrating bug is occurring. After I complete the quest it shows up in my log as completed right up until I fast travel/area transition or load back into the game after quitting to the menu. Upon loading/transition Porta Prison is back in my questlog as an active sidequest (after loading my game it even sets it as my active objective automatically) & it needs completing again from the point of having to go & speak to Trashmouth's crew. Each time I complete it, this same thing happens over & over again in a loop. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this odd bug? [link] [comments] |

I'm currently on the gluttonous thresher and can't kill him because he's like level 42. I don't have much side missions to do since sanctuary is gone and I read online that I shouldn't do DLCs so early into tvhm so what do I do now? [link] [comments] |
| What does the -20% bullet damage resistance on the Berserker class mod mean? Posted: 17 Apr 2021 10:10 PM PDT I've been doing a playthrough as Brick and I noticed there are a couple of class mod modifiers that don't make much sense just reading them, and sort of look like they're debuffs. I looked on the wiki and didn't find any explanation. For Berserker instead of +x% health it can give you -x% bullet damage resistance, and for Skirmisher, instead of +x% team health it can give -x% team melee damage resistance. Does this decrease the resistance enemies have to attacks, or the player's resistance to attacks? [link] [comments] |

I've looked around but have found no conclusive answers about the issue, nor substantial help in solving it - if solving it is possible. | Borderlands 2 VR: How to turn off the right stick gun swap?? Posted: 17 Apr 2021 08:51 AM PDT I'm playing this game using a Quest 2 + Virtual Desktop and I like it so far, but it's got one major gamebreaking issue for me: the right stick gun-swap. Because I have little space and a low slanted roof in my room, I mostly play seated. I can swivel the chair a bit but not an awful lot, so I find myself using the right thumbstick a lot for bigger turns. However, moving the right stick up or down switches weapons. So when I'm in a big fight and turning a lot, I'm constantly switching weapons by accident. If the stick is not dead east or west, it'll switch weapons. There seems to be no option to turn off the right stick gun swap control, which seems silly as swapping with B works great imo. I also looked into the WillowInput.ini file in My Games, but I can't find anything associated with it. So yea, I love this game but this is obviously very frustrating. Isn't it already established in universe that the echonet is the equivalent to our internet and thus certain things are named differently. Like echo log, etc. Shouldn't she call it an echocast? | Borderlands tps not working in ps5 Posted: 17 Apr 2021 01:47 PM PDT I can get the game to play on ps5, but only if I am doing nothing else online. If I am in a party, when I get to start game, I will be unable to hear the chat and the game will never start. If I start the game and then join a party it will work until I join. Then I can't hear the party, it keeps telling me I'm muted when I'm not, and the game gets super buggy. Has anyone else run into this/ found a fix for it? | Physical Copies of Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition Posted: 17 Apr 2021 01:43 PM PDT Been looking to confirm on this, but so far no go, so lets try this.... I have purchased the GOTY editions of the Borderlands series since the start, their physical copies, and they come with two discs. One, the base game, and a second with all the DLC content on it to install at your leisure. Liking Borderlands 3, and the idea of 'everything bundled together' (or at least most of it), am wondering about how the UE of Borderlands 3 is. So....does all the DLC come on disc? Or does the UE come with the base game on one disc, and the DLC on a second, to install as you want? Or...is it the situation where it's a dumb one-time voucher? [link] [comments] |

I've heard that the dlc are preety good too and I really would like to play some more story throught the dlcs, since i'm not really intrested in farming.
