Tiny Tina Game Could Be Releasing Within the Next 9 Months

    Posted: 04 Jun 2021 06:16 AM PDT

This is speculation that is plausible based on reliable but not confirmed rumors and leaks.

Yesterday, upcoming 2K games were leaked here.

"Wonderlands" or "Tiny Tina's Wonderlands" would be the same style as all other Borderlands games with "Multiclass-Heroes" to play as. So a spinoff similar to Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel

Gearbox already trademarked the name, as you can see here.

This leak was supported by reliable insiders such as Jason Schreier, Jeff Grubb, and many many other insiders.

Take-Two announced Gearbox would release a new game before April 2022.

Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford said the game has been in the works for years.

We can reasonable assume that Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is a real thing in development.

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands probably is the Gearbox game set to release before April 2022.

The development of Tiny Tina's Wonderlands would be able to use a lot of the BL3 gameplay and engine assets. So the near future release shouldn't be too surprising.

If Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is releasing by April 2022 look for it to be announced at Gearbox's E3 on June 12 and/or Take-Two's E3 on June 14.

What do you guys think about this potential game and it's release?

New Borderlands game confirmed for Q3 2021 by NerdvanaGames ? (Tiny Tina's Wonderland)

    Posted: 04 Jun 2021 07:11 PM PDT

A number of people had Preordered the Bunkers & Badasses game when it was announced last year and I just received an email about how they are aiming for a Q3 release HOWEVER they ended the email with this.

" ...And as ya'll know, quality takes time. What we can promise is that when the final version does reach your hands, you will not be disappointed. And ultimately, the timing of this release will end up being so perfect that we know the whole world will be talking about Borderlands - and you'll be the lucky few that have the B&B TTRPG. Thanks again for your patience - We promise it'll be worth it. "

I am wondering if they mean the whole world will be talking about Borderlands because of the new game that is going to be announced. Confirming the launch to be around September or October like other releases?

Did sony respond to Borderlands 3 not having cross play?

Did sony respond to Borderlands 3 not having cross play (on ps)?

I can't find anything on their response to all this but I guess that would make sense. Saying nothing seems better than saying anything for them right now.

If they would say something, what would they say?

From left to right, we see Krieg, Tina, Tannis, I think Lilith? Roland, and Claptrap...

What are y'all's thoughts so far? I think the silhouettes look decent.

[BL3]Is there a way to fix one press weapon drop?

    Posted: 04 Jun 2021 08:47 PM PDT

I have been playing this game for a while. And playing solo. I was able to just press the button and drop weapons from my inventory. But after i played with my friend. It locked to holding X instead of pressing it. Searched through ALL settings and found nothing.

    Borderlands Character Overhaul Update 1.1

    Posted: 04 Jun 2021 12:44 PM PDT

A lot of people were interested in the Character Overhaul which I am very grateful for. Today I released a small update fixing things that I noticed or someone had posted. If you notice any bugs from the overhaul, feel free to put it in the posts on nexus. I check them almost every day. I plan to keep up with the mod and if any bugs are found, I'll do my best to remedy them.

    Update 1.1 Patch notes

-Fixed Guided Missile adding to the turrets total time resulting in multiple minute scorpio durations during long sessions

This makes the on screen duration bar pretty unreliable, you might see large chunks of the bar disappearing and your turret going away after your accumulated time runs out.

-Fixed Bloodwings ransack and swipe pools sometimes not dropping items

-Attempted to fix bloodwing not returning for multiple minutes at a time after getting stuck

    Here's an interesting one

    Posted: 04 Jun 2021 05:46 PM PDT

Name a scenario in which something you learned from playing Borderlands helped you in another game. For me, I play Rogue Company and other shooters, my experience as a Jakobs user has helped me spam the pistol like there's no tomorrow.

    Hammerlock as a Vault Hunter

    Posted: 04 Jun 2021 04:18 PM PDT

I think Hammerlock would make a really good Vault Hunter. Hes a huntsman so why not hunt vault monsters?

What would his class ability concept be though?

    Can't see while ,,Crippled"

    Posted: 04 Jun 2021 03:55 AM PDT

So, I've been playing borderlands 2 and pre-sequal for a while now and after watching a few youtuber videos, I noticed that while fighting for a second wind they could clearly see their enemies, while I would get a black screen and would have to rely on my action skill or memory of where an enemy was standing. I have tried to look for a solution on youtube and other borderland game discussions, but there was nothing. So I'm just asking here if anyone has any idea how this could be fixed?

( And no, setting the brightness to the max doesn't help, I've already tried )

    Might be a stupid question

    Posted: 04 Jun 2021 07:31 AM PDT

I recently started playing BL1 again 6 years after I sold my ps3 and I'm just wondering; how do you open the door under the bridge at the Ridgeway in the General Knoxx DLC? I'm fairly certain it has to do with a mission but I'm on limited game time due to some work stuff going on and I'd like to know which mission before I go running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to find the right one. Thanks!

Edit: I'm not 100% sure it was the Ridgeway map, but it's the big shutter door under a bridge in a map with out- of-bounds death walls when you try to go onto the ground

Ideas for Vault Hunters in "Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands"

    Posted: 04 Jun 2021 10:06 AM PDT

Just heard the news about the leak, and I gotta say I'm pretty excited about the idea of a possible spinoff game with a playable Tiny Tina. If you read my post from a while back, I've already started brainstorming what playing as certain NPCs in a BL spinoff game would be like, so this was the perfect opportunity for me to come up with some more classes and action skill concepts. First off of course is Tina herself:

Tina - The Demolitions Expert (aka The Demo). Everyone's favorite psychotic little girl is now a psychotic young adult, finally ready to step into the spotlight and become a Vault Hunter. The chaos of playing as Tina is only reflected in her skillet, which is of course themed around demolition and getting to explode as many things as possible as she charges onto the battlefield with increased focus on grenade mods and explosive/radiation elemental effects.

    1. Boom Boom Tree - As expected by the name, Tina summons a whole bunch of grenade launchers and throws them around the area. I imagine this skill basically turning EVERY weapon you're currently using into a grenade that you can use to do massive damage to enemies around you, much like an explosive version of Krieg's axe. The grenade launcher respawns after each throw, so you can keep throwing them until time runs out. There's also elemental buffs and increased grenade damage.
    2. Crunk Bunny Tree - Tina fires a projectile missile that zeroes in on a target, creating an explosion that causes everything around it to be set on fire. There could be added bonus effects you can modify, like the missile turning into several missiles like some grenade mods do, or maybe a homing beacon like the ones Atlas weapons have. I also imagine the missile would be decked out with colorful graffiti and has giant bunny ears, because of course it would.
    3. Pop Goes the Bandit Tree - Tina will set up a special explosive trap that, when activated by an enemy, causes them to be temporarily paralyzed and allows her to deal a whole bunch of damage to them at once. The trap's side effects include paralysis, but with mods it can also do fire damage or drop a health pack Tina can pick up. (Side note: I'm kinda proud of myself for coming up with three different variations of "She blows people up.")

As for other playable Vault Hunters, I was thinking specifically of people who Tina considers her friends to accompany her. So, here's what I came up with:

Sir Hammerlock - The Explorer. After alluding to his hunting prowess and proficiency with a sniper rifle, the gentleman of Borderlands is finally a playable character. With increased focus on accuracy and stealth, this class might be familiar to fans of how Mordecai played in the first game or how Fl4k plays in BL3.

    1. Gentleman Tree - Hammerlock deploys a small probe that automatically revives him if he's in Fight for Your Life mode. The probe can also act as a turret that deals damage to any enemies nearby, and Hammerlock can order it to lock on to specific targets.
    2. Scholar Tree - Hammerlock analyses his opponent and carefully researches their attacks to pinpoint their weak points. Increases critical damage and accuracy with any weapon, and causes any bullet fired to ricochet into another enemy. This skill is incredibly useful when using a Jakobs weapon, and works as a damage booster for any badass type enemy with a lot of health.
    3. Prosthetic Tree - We can finally see how a real cyborg plays in a Borderlands game! Hammerlock turns his robotic arm into a weapon that can deal a ton of melee damage to his opponent. The prosthetic also has built in elemental poison that, whenever struck by an enemy, releases it into the air and increases Hammerlock's elemental damage.

Wainwright Jakobs - The Gunslinger. The heir to the Jakobs corporation joins the battle, brandishing his signature western style aesthetic to take on enemies the good old fashioned way. This is a character that I've heard a bunch of people say they wanted to play as, and having him fight alongside the one who helped rescue his husband seems very appropriate. His playstyle is a bit like some of the more melee focused characters in the series, like Brick or Amara.

    1. Family Tree - As the name implies, Wainright takes out a trademark Jakobs shotgun and fires it with unlimited ammo for as long as the action skill lasts. I was also thinking you could have the option to hold two shotguns at once as a nod to how Salvador or Nisha played. Much like his signature weapon The Cure, every enemy taken out with this also heals him.
    2. Brawler Tree - Wainwright lets his fists do the talking, brandishing a pair of Jakobs brand brass knuckles as he knocks out anyone who gets in his way. Heavily focused on close range combat and strong, yet calculated attacks that drain enemies' health and, with mods, increases their chance of being stunned so he can finish them off with another weapon.
    3. Drunkard Tee - Wainwright grabs a bottle of whiskey and downs the whole thing. He's drunk now. Since he can't feel as much pain, defense stats increase and he's able to use close range weaponry a lot faster with less reload time. I was thinking about how this skill could also give other enemies around him corrosive damage, but that's just silly isn't it?

Mr. Torgue - THE BADASS. Let's be honest, you can't bring up a game where Tiny Tina is the protagonist and NOT have this dude involved somehow. The founder of the Torgue corporation is now a fully playable badass and READY TO EXPLODE THINGS WITH ALL HIS FRIENDS. Good luck getting past him, cause YOU'RE GONNA NEED IT.

    1. Carnage Tree - DID SOMEBODY SAY EEEEXPLOSIONS?!?!? Mr. Torgue powers up and brings out a giant missile launcher that throws projectiles at nearby enemies. The impact causes explosive damage and also has the potential to release a homing grenade whenever an enemy is killed. This also refills your grenades so if you ran out, it can boost your grenade attack power significantly. I think Moze's Iron Bear would be a good comparison on how this works.
    2. High-Five Tree - A MASSIVE HIGH FIVE THAT'S SO POWERFUL THE IMPACT COULD KILL YOU. Mr. Torgue slaps an enemy so hard it deals a huge amount of damage. If he uses the move on an enemy that's low on health, it flies backwards like a barrel would when you hit it and ends up dealing damage to OTHER enemies around it in the process. I think the idea of using an enemy's body to damage other enemies is a really unique idea that I'd love to see in Borderlands.
    3. *BLEEP* Tree - THIS MOVE IS SO OFFENSIVE THAT I CAN'T EVEN SAY THE NAME OF IT. Mr. Torgue does.. something? And it causes massive damage and paralysis to enemies around him, for some reason. I think it's better if you leave what actually happens up to your own imagination, but it has elemental buffs and probably a good critical hit booster in there too, which is nice.

That's all I've got so far! Thanks for reading, if you have any ideas of your own feel free to write them in the comments. You can also click here to read the original post that inspired this one. Let's hope "Tiny Tina's Wonderlands" lives up to the hype!
