| I think melee weapons should be primary weapons Posted: 27 May 2022 10:17 PM PDT I loved the inclusion of melee weapons in wonderlands but found that they still take a back seat to guns in the games. This is fair as its mainly a shooter but I think that having melee weapons also be a type of primary weapon type would be awesome for the game and allow more crazy and unique melee weapons and builds that feel more official. I would love it if when holding your melee weapon, you can press reload to use a special ability on it that's specific to the company who made it, for example maybe tediore hatchets that when you press reload you throw them just like reloading normal tediores so bosses you can't reach for melee can still be damaged by them. Malowan katanas that allow you to switch between elements in your sword, jakobs melee weapons focusing on heavy damaged and maybe knock back, vladof daggers that slash really fast, Dahl blades or hammers that when you reload you can transform it into a different kind of weapon like daggers or a mace or something, or cov weapons that do some kind of random effect each hit. | community patch installation problems Posted: 28 May 2022 07:47 AM PDT it works on bl2 was a huge fight but it finally does. But it wont work on pre sequel. I cannot open console on pre sequel theres not alot of info about it in the internet so i got no clue what to do. You need to put this: ConsoleKey=Tilde TypeKey=Backslash ManualAutoCompleteList=(Command="Stat UNITAVG",Desc="Stat UNITAVG (Shows average hardware unit framerate)") and in theory it would make it able to press Tilde and it opens. but nothing opens. Blcmm doesnt help either since i did put the mod in but cant activate it. I tried changing from tilde to something else but it wont open. i am on epic games btw [link] [comments] |
| Now that we've had a bit to simmer down, what are your game rankings, best to worst (excluding tina) Posted: 28 May 2022 11:21 AM PDT I feel like the general trend of the borderlands games is them being initially critically, though overall positively received, but slowly growing to true classics over time. With it being years since BL3, let's see how everyone feels about them? I'll start. Worst, for me, would be BL1. Admittedly, I never played it as much so I might be biased, but I feel like the weapons, build variety, and enemies were overshadowed a *lot* by later games. Story/DLCs are nice, though (minus the underdome) Next worst for me would be TPS, but honestly I think it's almost tied with BL2/BL3. It had interesting new mechanics, relatively fleshed out characters, and some pretty fun gameplay. It's a shame the late game didn't get much development, and that there wasn't much post-game content, but oh well. Next, BL3. Fun game, lot's of content, some nice build variety, damn nice art/level design, but a bit slow and not the best in terms of story. And the best, BL2. Again, I'm biased, because I played the shit out of this game, but I love it. Tedious at times, but charming, full of content and the endgame is broken in just the right way. The last three are nearly tied for me, but BL2 does pull ahead by a fair bit. [link] [comments] |

Posted: 27 May 2022 07:41 PM PDT As a whole the Borderlands games are amazing but without fail they seem to have a few missions or areas that incredibly annoying or frustrating. I'm doing a BLTPS playthrough right now and I always forget how much I despise the side mission "Things That Go Boom". The loader you escort is made out of tissue paper and once it goes into the scanner it can be pulled back out by wormhole generators which glitches the mission. What are some of the more annoying, frustrating and tedious things in these games in your opinion? [link] [comments] |

I can beat him super easily on m3 but on m6 I think I could exhaust all the ammo from all my guns and not even make it through his shield. | What's the point of the Gunerang? Posted: 27 May 2022 07:30 PM PDT This thing apparently is much more powerful than other Tediore grenade reloads, but it doesn't seem to be able to hit jack shit. Anyone have much experience with this? I've tried to test it in a room full of enemies several times. It flies around the room, but doesn't manage to hit anything. I've tried it out 8 or 9 times and haven't hit anything, even myself, which apparently is an issue with it. What gives? WHY CAN'T MY ORANGE DROPS BE GOOD!? EDIT: OH. I SEE. I finally managed to hit something with the reload and it did an UNGODLY amount of damage. I guess it IS good. | Posted: 27 May 2022 04:33 PM PDT So im doing another playthrough of bl2 and am at the the final boss on default difficulty. Every enemy was 1 or 2 shotting me in leading up to the boss and the worriors fire instakilled me. So i save quit in frustration and reloaded a while later and now the enemy damage is back to being super weak and easy like normal. So does anyone know why that happened? im really confused because ive been play this series for years and have never seen anything like it. [link] [comments] |
